Meet our Clinicians
Jennifer Nichols LCSW-S Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor
Hi, I’m Jennifer Nichols, LCSW-S—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. I work with both adults and adolescents, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their emotions, process experiences, and move toward healing and personal growth.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or just feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self and build a more balanced, meaningful life. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m committed to honoring your unique values, goals, and lived experiences.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care with person-centered and strengths-based philosophies. I also provide guidance for teens navigating identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions, as well as coaching for adults seeking direction or change.
You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you—wherever you are on your journey.
